The KNIPEX SpringLock Clip (00 64 01 F V01) is an opening spring that can be retrofitted to many KNIPEX pliers with comfort handles. After every cut or grip it returns the pliers to the open position, so your hand no longer has to open them — a real advantage in repetitive work with hundreds of cycles a day.

The clip fits without tools into the KNIPEXtend interface of the comfort handles and can be removed at any time. The leaf spring is made of robust stainless steel, resistant to wear and corrosion, for consistent operation over time.

The magnetic lock solves two problems: in transport the pliers stay closed and do not open accidentally in the tool bag, and while working the clip folds to the side and is held in place by magnetic force.
