Buna ziua,
Am mai avut produse comercializate de firma Sanco Grup achizitionate acum cativa ani.
Am revenit astazi pe site pentru a cumpara produse asemanatoare si mi-am reamintit cu drag de firma, comanda precendenta am ridicat-o de la sediul firmei si am interactionat foarte placut cu oamenii de acolo.
Dupa comanda de azi am primit un telefon de confirmare si am fost incantat de promptitudine, informatiile clare si foarte precise primite prin telefon legate de comanda. In plus comandasem gresit un produs de 2 ori si doamna (imi cer scuze nu am retinut numele) m-a ajutat si am inlocuit o bucata cu o alta dimensiune, foarte incantat am fost ca doamna a putut sa imi repare greseala care o facusem.
Am remarcat siteul (fiind in domeniu) , felul cum este personalizat si cu multe aspecte avansate, procesul de comanda cred ca este unul dintre cele mai bune dintre siteurile de la noi, cum acopera toate aspectele (eu avand un profil destul de complicat - domiciliul din acte la o adresa din Bucuresti, firma la o adresa in Bucuresti si livrarea in Ilfov), informatiile din site, descrierile, categoriile si multe alte aspecte.
Mi-am expus parerea doamnei care m-a sunat in legatura cu comanda din proprie initiativa si mi-a comunicat ca ar fi excelent daca as putea sa imi trimit opinia si printr-un mesaj si asa am ajuns sa va scriu.
