How is the order delivered?

The parcel will be delivered to the address specified in your order.

For orders with a value greater than 501 lei, shipping is FREE within Romania.

Your contact details will be displayed on the parcel and may be used if the courier has difficulty reaching the specified delivery address.

For this reason, it is important to provide the exact delivery address in the order form (including a nearby landmark, if necessary) and a mobile phone number where the courier can contact you if needed.

Delivery times

The delivery time for products in stock is 24–48 hours from order confirmation or payment confirmation, depending on the terms agreed upon and communicated by a Sanco Grup representative by phone or e-mail.

For products that are not in stock but are available for pre-order, the delivery time is between 14 and 30 calendar days, depending on availability from the external supplier.

Delivery is available both within Romania and internationally.

For international deliveries, the delivery terms and shipping costs will be discussed and established individually for each order.
