For durable products, bought through the website www.sancogrup.ro a warranty period is granted which is specified in the product's warranty certificate.
The warranty period runs from the date of invoicing and is passed on to the person who purchases this product from the BUYER.
The guarantee conditions are mentioned in the guarantee certificate.
The SELLER undertakes to ensure the remedy of any defects that occurred during the warranty period or, as the case may be, to replace the products, if the problems found are serious, within 14 working days from the discovery of them by both parties and recorded in the Complaint Form, made available to the BUYER.
The SELLER guarantees that the goods sold are in accordance with the quality standard for similar products provided by Romanian law.
The BUYER can refuse delivery of goods that are damaged.
In the (unlikely) case where one of the products delivered by Sanco Grup breaks down during the warranty period, you do not need to alert yourself.
Before claiming the product as defective, please read the user manual again.
All you have to do is let us know and we will solve it as soon as possible.
In order to quickly resolve the unpleasant situation, please notify us by email at the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will contact you to try to fix the defect by phone.
If this is not possible, we will request that it be sent for verification.
We hereby inform you that we do not have a service department, we do not have spare parts and we do not have qualified personnel for such situations.
After we make the necessary checks and find that the product is covered by the warranty, we will replace it with a new one, which we will check before delivery.
We will unseal and test the new product to make sure that this time you will receive a functional product.
If, due to lack of stock, we cannot replace the defective product with an identical one, then we will replace it with a similar or superior one, after consulting with you.
Together with the package, please send us a copy of the invoice, the original warranty certificate and fill in a short complaint form specifying the defect you have noticed.

Return of Products
According to the legislation in force (OG 34/2014 amended and updated), we inform you about the right to return the ordered product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by you.
In the case of a return of goods, Sanco Grup GUARANTEE the refund of the amount paid by you within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt of the parcel with the products you wish to return. Return costs will be borne by you.
We also inform you that you are not obliged to provide any explanation or specific reason for the return.
To register a return, it is enough to send an email to the address email@example.com, in which to specify Client/Company name and Invoice/issue date, contact data (name and phone number where you can be contacted).
Please specify an IBAN account where we can return the money and the name of the account holder.
Please return the products in the original packaging and with all the accessories (including the tape cassettes) and carefully prepare them for delivery.
CAREFUL! DO NOT STICK the packing tape directly over the product packaging!
You can use a foil or a plastic bag to put the products in and then seal the package.
After receiving the package, we will check the contents of the package sent by you and if the products are in accordance with the invoice, we will proceed to return the money.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product is damaged and cannot be resold.
