Sanco Grup SRL respects your right to the protection of your personal data and processes such data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Under the conditions provided by the GDPR, you have the right:

- to request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data;

- to request data portability, where this right is applicable;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, where the processing is based on consent;
- not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, in the cases provided by the GDPR.

Please specify in your request which right you wish to exercise and provide the information necessary to identify your request and the data to which it relates.
We will respond to your request without undue delay and, in principle, within one month of receiving it. In the circumstances provided by the GDPR, this period may be extended by up to two additional months, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it.
Marketing and withdrawal of consent
If you receive marketing communications from Sanco Grup, you may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the messages you receive or by contacting us at dpo@sancogrup.ro.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that your rights regarding the protection of your personal data have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or to seek a judicial remedy before the competent courts.
