Payment Methods – Sanco Grup

Several payment methods are available for products ordered from the Sanco Grup online store, depending on the type of order and the options available during checkout.

1. Cash on delivery

Your order can be paid for upon delivery using the cash-on-delivery option, when this payment method is available for your order.

The total value of the order and any applicable shipping costs are displayed in the online store before the order is completed.

2. Online card payment

You can pay online using a personal or company card through the secure online payment system available in the Sanco Grup store.

Card payments are processed through PlățiOnline. The information required to authorise the transaction is entered and processed within the payment processor's secure infrastructure.

Sanco Grup does not request or store the complete details of the card used to make the payment in its online store.

For transactions made in a currency other than the currency of the account associated with the card, currency conversion and the applicable exchange rate are determined by the card-issuing bank in accordance with its terms and conditions.

3. Payment by bank transfer

Orders can be paid by bank transfer based on the proforma invoice issued by Sanco Grup.

For orders requiring advance payment, the order will be processed for delivery after receipt of the payment has been confirmed.

When making a bank transfer, we recommend using the payment information and bank details stated on the proforma invoice you receive.

4. Payment for orders outside Romania

For orders delivered outside Romania, the payment method and applicable commercial terms are agreed with a Sanco Grup representative, depending on the destination and the specific requirements of the order.
