The Iron-On label tape is delivered in a plastic box together with the ribbon. No expensive toner or ink cartridge is needed!
The labels are not delivered pre-printed. Their customization is done using a Dymo Letratag

Creating the label
Use a Dymo Letratag label maker, such as the LT200B to print the desired text on the Iron-On tape. Enter the name, initials or any other relevant information.
Preparing the material
Make sure the fabric is clean and dry before application and is not sensitive to heat (see the specifications on the product label regarding washing temperature). Remove any creases by lightly ironing.
Applying the label
Cut the label to the desired size and position it on the fabric, with the text side facing up.
Ironing
Set the iron to a medium temperature (NO STEAM!).
Cover the label with a heat-resistant paper (e.g. baking paper or a thin cotton cloth) to protect the material.
Apply firm pressure with the iron for 10-15 seconds.
Allow the material to cool before use.
