Knipex 86 01 250 pliers wrench – for classic applications such as plumbing.

The collet spanner combines many functions: it replaces a whole set of metric and imperial spanners, can be adjusted very quickly and directly on the workpiece at the push of a button, as well as handling all clamping widths up to 52 mm or 2 inches thanks to infinite adjustment.

The joint pin engages securely, preventing unintentional movement.

The smooth clamping jaws are parallel to each other and grip the workpiece without damaging sensitive edges or surfaces – work directly on chrome!

The redesigned KNIPEX wrench has two laser-cut scales: metric on the front, imperial (British or American) on the back. This means you can pre-set the clamping capacity for workpieces that are harder to reach (similar to the illustration).

 
It can successfully replace a set of metric or British (inch) system wrenches.

If necessary, the smooth jaws grab all parallel surfaces in the capacity range by strong pressure and give the wrench almost unlimited possibilities of use: e.g. for locking screws, pressing to activate the bonding force to the bonding elements in the contacts, breaking the edges in tiling works, untying the cable connectors, use as a small vise.
