How to select the right crimping molds
1. Measure the diameter of the conductor or the diameter of the cable with insulation with a subler, making sure that the connectors of the connector are parallel.
2. Select the die width that is close to the measured connector lug width. Example: 1.5 mm measured - >> Select 1.6 mm molds
3. Conductor crimping First crimp the conductor. It is recommended to offset the front of the conductor connector by 0.1 - 0.2 mm. Then crimp the cable with insulation.
