For your safety, read the instructions carefully before replacing or charging the batteries.

Always follow the instructions. This will ensure maximum battery performance.

All Dymo batteries and chargers are equipped with short-circuit and overcharge protection.

Battery Operating Instructions

Ensure that the new battery belongs to the rechargeable or non-rechargeable category, such as Li-MnO2, Li-SOCl2, Silver Oxide, or Lithium type, as specified in the product description.

a)    Instructions for rechargeable batteries

Fully charge newly purchased batteries. Optimal capacity is reached after 2–3 usage cycles (charge/discharge).

Disconnect the batteries from the charger once fully charged. This protects them from unnecessary overcharging.

Unplug the charger from the power source when not in use.

If you do not use the batteries for a long period, remove them from the device. Store and keep them under normal conditions and temperatures.

Do not store batteries together with metal objects (coins, needles, pens, other batteries).

Ensure correct polarity (+ and -) when inserting into the device.
Avoid complete charging and full discharging of the batteries.

Maximum charging voltage: 4.2V ± 0.05V.

b)    Instructions for non-rechargeable (single-use) batteries

Insert the battery into the device.
Test the functionality of the device.
If you do not use the batteries for a long period, remove them from the device. Store and keep them under normal conditions and temperatures.
Disconnect the battery from the device once it is discharged.

Warning

• Do not insert batteries with reversed polarity.
• Do not exceed the charging time for rechargeable batteries.
• Do not open, damage, or disassemble the batteries.
• Do not use or charge batteries if they show visible defects (leakage, rust, damage, deformation, or unpleasant odor).
• Do not immerse in or expose to water.
• Do not expose batteries to high temperatures, throw them into fire, or dispose of them with regular household waste.

Dispose of batteries in accordance with applicable local regulations and standards.

Do not expose batteries to extreme temperatures, vibrations, or shocks.

Store batteries at temperatures between 15 and 25°C.

In case of fire, do not use water on batteries. They may be covered with sand or another non-flammable material.

Keep batteries out of reach of children.
Product specifications may be changed without prior notice.

Warranty Conditions

Technical and product defects resulting from normal use will be assessed by our technician. If the defect is not caused by improper handling, the battery will be replaced.

• The warranty expires when:
• the customer has handled the product improperly in any way;
• the customer has damaged, disassembled, improperly stored, or improperly transported the product.
