The KNIPEX 99 10 300 power pliers are the professional 300 mm tool for concreters (rebar workers), specially designed for tying and twisting reinforcement wire. The high-leverage joint reduces effort by up to 25% compared with standard assembly pliers of the same size, so you work more easily even with thicker tying wire. It is made in Germany.
With the same pliers you twist and cut the wire in a single operation, for fast fixing of iron reinforcement with tying wire from a coil. The extremely slim head shape allows bending of iron elements in hard-to-reach areas, where other tools cannot go.
The cutting edges are additionally hardened, to about 61 HRC, for clean, durable cutting: they cut hard wire up to Ø2 mm and medium-hard wire up to Ø3.8 mm, with a cutting edge length of 25 mm. The body is forged from high-quality special tool steel, multi-stage oil-hardened, to DIN ISO 9242.
This is the base version, with a black painted finish and no handle covers. Weight 501 g, length 300 mm. A robust, reliable plier for the site, construction and reinforcement work. Also available with plastic-coated handles (99 11 300) or galvanised, with extra rust protection (99 14 300).
