Self-Adjusting Hexagonal Crimping Pliers with reduced dimensions and weight. The small opening of the handles makes it very easy to handle.

The hexagonal dies crimp almost round. They are provided with internal grooves for a very good fixation on the wire.
 
Due to the slightly curved shape of the pliers, the lever force increases and the pliers are operated with less effort. The ferrule crimping pliers have small dimensions and automatic self-adjustment at the time of use. These things make the user's work easier and allow safe, reliable and fast crimping.

Suitable for all double end sleeves (ferrules) up to 2 x 10 mm² (2 x AWG 8).

For design reasons, it was a challenge to cover a wide range of sizes/sections from 0.08 to 10.0 mm² + 16.0 mm² using only one crimping tool. The result is sophisticated but very easy to use.

Crimping of terminal pins (ferrules): self-adjusting and of course precise

Precise work is required when crimping the pins (ferrules). Adjusting the pins to the desired size is automatic with the Knipex 97 53 14 Crimping Pliers. The user does not have to manually measure the crimping force because, thanks to the integrated lock with release mechanism, the right amount of pressure is automatically delivered to the terminal pin.

The pliers are optimally set (calibrated) from the factory!

Hand-friendly work, even with large conductor cross-sections up to 16 mm²

The gear ratio of these crimping pliers has been well designed and is therefore hand friendly, offering a comfortable grip width.

A toggle lever effectively supports manual force. This enables the correct assembly of conductors with large sections even in extended installations – and with double ferrules (ferrules) up to 2 x 6 mm² (2 x AWG 8).
The conductors are reliably connected in the ferrule using a hexagonal profile – in all specified dimensions.
